Filoxenia Hotel Zakynthos - Tsilivi (Zakynthos)

Great food quality, but the internet connection was awful .

Stunning, good location next to beach and Tsilivi centre, a taxi or 20 minute walk, and the bars/restaurants and activities, courteous staff. Nice hot breakfast with a wide range of LOVELY foods.

The food options lack variety and quality, with many guests finding them unsatisfactory, especially for picky eaters or vegetarians. A significant issue is the beach being inaccurately listed as only 700 meters away. It's actually a 2.5 km trek. Wi-Fi connectivity is notoriously spotty, leaving guests disconnected for extended periods. There are additional charges for amenities like air conditioning, which can feel frustrating.

So wonderful to be in the middle of Tsilivi, beautiful and lovely position. It's in a really lovely building in the fairly quiet area.

Great Food and Cute Staff

We enjoyed our stay, especially the varied food options served daily. The pool was lovely and, being relatively quiet, it was easy to find a good spot to relax. The staff, including the cleaning crew, were attentive, our room was super clean every day. I wish the bar service extended beyond 11 PM for those late-night cravings.

Location next to the taxi on arrival, and bars in town that offered so much more such as sports and entertainment. Newly remodelled rooms with really comfortable beds and very good service. Really friendly, amicable staff towards all guests.

The rooms were spacious with two Queen size beds and a kitchen area. The staff were mostly very helpful, especially when managing food allergies. The selection of buffet meals was good, and the pool area was great for a relaxing day.

Location is a bit far from the beach.

Had a fantastic time with my family! We loved hanging out at the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing. One small downside was the limited snack options late at night, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

Comfortable stay with beach shuttle

The hotel features spacious family rooms with lovely decor and efficient air conditioning. We especially enjoyed the fantastic local beach, easily accessible via the free shuttle service. The pools were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

The food options could be limited at times was good. We also noticed some noise disturbances during the nights due to late-night guests by the pool area, which impacted our sleep.

Had an awesome group getaway with friends! The staff were super friendly! We loved the daily activities, especially yoga sessions in the mornings. The beach was a nice 20-minute walk, or you could catch the hotel shuttle. Food was delicious. We didn't even feel like eating out.

The staff at filoxenia were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pools were great for cooling off, and loved having access to a bar with snacks nearby.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with cleaning staff who worked hard to keep everything super clean! Plus, daily meal variety kept us eager for dinner, serving delicious options that catered to different tastes.

The salad bar was the highlight, but the room above the pool was so noisy.

Fantastic amenities and great hospitality were evident . The daily meals offered a good variety, and the seating area by the pool was pleasant. Accessibility was a challenge with some steep paths, and the Wi-Fi connection was only available poolside, frustrating. Snack options were limited late at night, affecting our late cravings.
